Excellence Plumbing and Gas recently replaced my 12 year old faulty boiler. They very quickly identified the faults with the old one and it was obviously beyond economic repair. They replaced it a few days later with a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 with Easycontrol. They also replaced a couple of radiator valves. All done in about 3.5 hours. The communication with the office was first rate. The engineer was efficient, knowledgeable left the place clean and tidy. I can't rate them high enough.

I also want to say how absolutely delighted I was with the services of Excellence Plumbing. The heating engineer team who carried out the work were wonderful and so efficient and professional. They also put my mind to rest because as you imagine, I was quite nervous....... So a big thank you to all of them and for undertaking this and for their expertise. It's great to finally have a new boiler up and running in my flat.

Complete bathroom refurbishment It’s a daunting task to refurbish a bathroom! However, from planning, to advising, to providing us with a detailed quote and then to the perfect execution of the job, the Excellence Plumbing team was always at hand, even on a Saturday! No job was too difficult! The team was tidy, precise and always took on-board last-minute changes, which I thought of during the process (I’m afraid more than once!), with incredible patience! A special thanks goes to the site manager Anthony and the ladies in the office. They really brought the team together to create our dream bathroom! Amazing! Thank you!

An engineer attended as 2 of my radiators were not heating up. He was very talented, and I am extremely pleased with the level of workmanship received.

I have been using Excellence Plumbing & Gas for many years now. They are very professional, provide great advice and service at very reasonable prices. We recently had some work on our heating system which, as always was completed with a minimum of disruption and to a very high standard. I absolutely recommend this company.

The team transformed our old, dated bathroom into a stunning new shower room. Despite the lockdown restrictions, they managed to source all our requirements. They overcame a few problems, after conversations with me, and in just over 2 weeks our shower room was complete. The team were very professional, and all cleaning was done at the end of each day. All the waste was removed from site. Simon and the team were fantastic. The office staff were so helpful, discussing things with me over the phone, and via email. Overall, a very positive outcome, and a few months on, we can’t wait to show off our new room to our friends and family.

This company is fantastic, I’ve worked on the same sites as excellence a couple of times over the last few years on major refirbs and I’ve noticed that they really have got a great team of people who really work hard and always put the effort in. I have been a drainage contractor for 11 years and because of that I get asked on a weekly basis if I know any good plumbers and I’ve honestly never had anyone that I would recommend, But recently buying a house and requiring a new boiler and an entire new heating system, I had to get a couple of quotes, but In the end I decided to give excellence the job. I was shocked to see the price to say the least, ive always found that people who usually do commercial works tend to be more expensive than regular domestic engineers but In the end they had a competitive quote that ended up being the cheapest. They were clean/polite/efficient/knowledgable but most importantly they were reliable which is the thing that lets most plumbers down in my opinion. Thank you excellence for your hard work.

We are delighted with our new bathroom installed by Excellence Plumbing. Antony was very helpful with suggesting a layout and selecting the fittings. They took care to protect the hallway and stairs during the work which involved removing the old tiles, bath etc and Simon worked hard each day on preparing, tiling and installing the new shower, towel rail and sink. We would not hesitate to recommend Excellence.

I can’t fault this company, from the office staff right through to the 2 men that came and fitted the boiler, pump and valve they left the site as clean as they found it. Would I recommend this company to anyone else 100% yes.

May I open by thanking you for saving me a great deal of money in respect of the gas certification in my house. Had I taken the "advice " given freely by the "engineer" from British Gas I would be not only £ 500 worse off for the new fireplace he insisted I needed but my tenant would have had a delayed move in date and I would have had to change my flights back to Thailand which is an expensive exercise.

Thanks to your sound common sense and honesty I have avoided that.

Finally for good orders sake I have broken the contract with British Gas and made it very clear to them exactly why I did so. In ref to our discussion at the house, I would like you now to take over as my appointed gas service and emergency call out guys. If you could confirm to me that you are happy to act for me in that capacity then I will let the estate agent know immediately.

Once more thanks for your honesty and integrity, a very rare characteristic nowadays in the UK it seems.
